主要從事核技術應用、輻射防護等領域研究工作。多年致力于利用輻射手段制備納米功能材料的研究,在超低劑量率輻射場的模型建立與利用、高能射線綜合利用、輻射技術與材料學等領域的研究達到了國際先進水平,在國防、航空航天及民用中草藥輻射滅菌等領域取得了較好的社會效益和經濟效益。

主持國家自然科學基金,國家科技成果轉化項目、國家博士后特別資助、黑龍江省杰出青年基金等科研項目20余項。獲黑龍江省科技進步二等獎1項,三等獎2項,哈爾濱市科技進步三等獎1項。授權發明專利8項;發表專著1部,在J.Phys.Chem.C 等雜志發表SCI論文30余篇。培養在讀博士生3人、在讀碩士生4人,碩士生畢業3人。
